Because our products (HomeVerse 3D) are digital goods delivered via instant download or account activation, our refund policy is as follows:
Digital Products: Once a software license is activated or a premium subscription is used, the service is considered "consumed," and we generally do not offer refunds.
Free Trial: We encourage all users to use the Basic Edition or trial version to ensure the software meets their needs before upgrading to Pro or Ultimate versions.
Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase only if there is a verified technical defect that our support team cannot resolve.
